A Life Beyond Work
Bob and his wife, Amy, have been happily married for nearly three decades. They collaborate on projects in Arizona and Rwanda that bring hope, opportunity, and dignity to communities.
They are proud parents of two adult children and one son-in-law. Family is his greatest joy and his greatest support.

Over the years, Bob saw the same problem again and again.
Organizations weren’t failing because of a lack of strategy or talent. They were failing because people didn’t feel seen, heard, or valued.
