Phot of Kelsea Pelletier

My Way of Working

I work with highly sensitive, thoughtful adults who have spent years overfunctioning, caring, achieving, adapting, and holding things together; often at the cost of their own inner truth.

Many of the people I work with aren’t “falling apart” in obvious ways. They are intelligent, capable, and outwardly successful. And yet inside, something feels exhausted, disconnected, or no longer aligned. Survival mode has become the default. Old identities no longer fit. Meaning feels distant.

My work blends nervous-system-aware therapy, parts work, and existential meaning-making to help clients move from barely holding it together to a grounded, embodied sense of self-leadership. Therapy here isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about reconnecting with what’s been lost, suppressed, or outgrown.

I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen, to the body, to the nervous system, and to the deeper truths that want to emerge.

About Kelsea

I live in the mountains and am deeply shaped by nature, music, and holistic living. I believe healing is as much about soul alignment as it is about emotional regulation.

I’m drawn to working with people who feel deeply, who sense there’s more to life than achievement alone, and who want therapy that honors both inner truth and lived reality. My approach is spacious, collaborative, and paced to honor your nervous system.

Experience & Background

My path into this work has been shaped by a wide range of experiences; personal, professional, and cultural.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Studio Art, followed by a Master’s degree in Counselor Education / Clinical Mental Health through a CACREP-accredited program, considered the gold standard in counselor education.

I’ve lived and worked internationally in Bhutan and Costa Rica, supporting clients from around the world. Today, I own and operate a growing private online practice, offering therapy to adults across multiple states.

What Therapy Can Support

In our work together, we may focus on helping you:

  • Reconnect your nervous system to safety, presence, and regulation

  • Gently identify and integrate parts of yourself that have been neglected or pushed aside

  • Transform mental confusion into somatic clarity and self-compassion

  • Explore questions of identity, purpose, and meaning beyond external expectations

  • Build a life aligned with your values rather than constant demand or performance

Our work is deep, relational, and human, rooted in everyday life while honoring the inner world.

Why “46 & 2”

The name 46 & 2 Therapy is inspired by the idea of growth through conscious self-examination, a metaphor for evolving beyond old patterns, identities, and survival strategies.

It reflects my belief that meaningful change doesn’t come from bypassing discomfort, but from gently turning toward it with curiosity, compassion, and support. Growth isn’t linear, it’s a process of shedding, integrating, and becoming. Learn more

When You’re Ready

If something here feels familiar, or if you’re standing at a crossroads and unsure what comes next,  you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Therapy here is a place to slow down, reconnect, and find your footing as you become who you’re meant to be next.
