My approach is nervous-system-aware, relational, and meaning-oriented. I integrate parts work (including Internal Family Systems–informed practices), somatic awareness, and existential exploration. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work toward understanding patterns, reconnecting with your inner experience, and supporting meaningful change at a pace that respects your nervous system.

Do you offer therapy outside of Montana?

Yes. I provide secure online therapy to clients located in states where I am licensed, including Montana, Idaho, Washington, Utah, Texas, and Florida. Clients must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each session.
